Refunds

Cancellations and refunds:
Prepaid classes are fully refundable if cancelled within a reasonable time (usually 10 working days prior).
Gift Vouchers are non refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
All payments are accepted in pound sterling.
Via BACS payment.
Intellectual Rights

The intellectual property rights in all software and content (including photographic images) made available to you on or through this Website remains the property of www.mamabearfirstaid.co.uk or its licensors and are protected by copyright laws.
You may store, print and display the content supplied solely for your own personal use including the post course information sent to you.
Restrictions

You are restricted from all of the following:

using this Website in any way that is, or may be, damaging to this Website;

All training and advice given by ‘Mama Bear First Aid’ is done by following guidelines provided by the appropriate councils.
Information given by ‘Mama Bear First Aid’ is to the best of our knowledge, up to date and evidence based.
‘Mama Bear First Aid’ cannot accept any responsibility for misinterpretation of the advice given.

Insurance
​
Mama Bear First Aid holds professional liability and public liability insurance.
Health and Safety
​
First Aid training is interactive and attendees are expected to part take which involves CPR, being able to bend onto the floor. Participants should inform the teacher if they are unable to do this and provisions made. Mama Bear First Aid excepts no responsibility for injuries caused during training.
