What is paediatric first aid?
Our paediatric first aid classes are all about giving people the basic knowledge and skills in baby and child first aid.
Mama Bear First Aid teaches baby and child first aid to parents, grandparents, wider family, friends and carers. Within 2 hours you will learn all the basics when it comes to first aid should an emergency occur. Classes are relaxed, fun and filled with knowledge delivered by Becci a paediatric A&E nurse and first aid trainer.
Mama Bear First Aid is all about sharing knowledge and experience gained from my years as a paediatric A&E nurse but more importantly as a mother of 3.
My goal is to leave you feeling confident and reassured that your baby bears are in safe hands wherever they are.

Mama Bear First Aid classes are for all adults who do not necessarily want to study for a qualification but would like some education and knowledge to be empowered and confident about baby and child first aid, in an emergency.

How to book a Baby first aid class
We’re very flexible with course times and schedules, so if you can’t find something that works for you, simply get in touch.

We also provide first aid courses for children
It’s so important our children have the skills to call for help if needed and to be able to help their friends or siblings should an accident occur or they become ill. 'Mini Medics' is aimed at children aged 6-11 but can be tailored to all children.
